Zircon

Unlike the similar sounding Cubic Zirconia, Zircon is a natural and valuable gemstone. Its properties are so similar to Diamond that the two stones have been confused for centuries and even today clear Zircon is often used as a cheaper alternative to diamonds. But Zircon also comes in many colors including the much sought after Cambodian Blue Zircon. Zircon has a brilliance and fire that can only be rivaled by Diamonds. The Cambodian Blue Zircon has fiery flashes of green and in the last few years has becoming increasingly popular  raising prices, making Blue Zircon not just a beautiful gemstone but a sound investment.
